In addition to coaching, we offer consultation services, including building and scaling hiring process, operational systems and models, and other unique challenges you may face as you grow. 

Chroma Coaching and Consulting is owned and operated by Vanessa Hadrych. Vanessa has 20 years of experience in residential real estate in a number of roles, including operations, leadership, solo and team agent, relocation and business development. She is passionate about learning, growth, and helping her clients go further, faster. A natural builder, Vanessa appreciates the power of systems as leverage for entrepreneurs and recognizes the best partner for her clients can wear either the coach or consultant hat, depending on the conversation, opportunity, and goal. 

Coaching is journey and one that we hope our clients will engage in for the long term. So long as you have goals, there is an opportunity to be coached to them! 

For consultancy, the duration of an engagement with Chroma Consulting varies depending on the complexity of the project. We work with clients on both short-term and long-term projects. 

We believe that our clients are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole and that coaching is simply a tool you can leverage to gain clarity, boost accountability, realize empowerment and take impactful action. 

We ask questions  to ensure we understand your goals, the reality of where you are today, and the opportunity and way forward. Getting started is simple! Book a complimentary consult call for us to discuss your goals, challenges, and any specific questions you may have . During our call, we'll learn about one another, discuss program options and assess our level of interest to engage in a formal agreement. When you're ready, clients receive onboarding paperwork, payment details, and the ability to schedule their standing weekly coaching call.
